What do these symptoms mean?

Hotflashes, HORRIBLE headaches , constantly thirsty although drinking more than a gallon of water a day???

Unfortunately they are pregnancy symptoms.. Lol.. There's not much the doctor can do for you other than "It'll go away once you give birth 🙄".

I'd suggest eating something salty with that amount of water intake. 
I was the same and the midwife advised to drink a little less water as you're flushing your body from all the nutrients which can also make you feel horrible. When thirsty, try to eat cucumber or watermelon and drink tea.

Do the headaches go away with medication (Tylenol or perscription)? I have to drink almost a gallon if not more a day just to stay somewhat hydrated, and I constantly have hot flashes. My doctor kinda brushes these off but ask about the headaches if NOTHING helps them.
