Taking prenatals?

Is it bad to forget them and then remember and take them at night? I go sometimes all day with out one then I remember it. Bad or no!??

It's actually better for you to take them at night, your body absorbs the nutrients better while you sleep 😊

I had horrible morning sickness in my first trimester, and when I tried to take my prenatals in the morning I would hurl.. I actually stopped taking them for a bit until my doctor suggested taking them at night. Worked like a charm! & apperantly it's actually better to take them in the evening.

I've missed days at a time of not taking them and my baby is doing just fine. My OB actually said its not a terrible thing if you don't take them at all as long as you're eating a balanced diet of everything you need because baby will take what it needs from you regardless and prenatal vitamins have a high chance of giving the baby jaundice if they're taking in too much.

I take mine at night regularly so it's fine. If I accidentally forget I usually take 2 the next day.

I always take mine at night. I think I heard they absorb better at night and they also didn't upset my stomach that way so I just always take any vitamin at night.

Yep as long as you take them it doesn't matter the time of day . I've honestly gone days because of my throwing up

I don't think so. I know a few ladies on here who prefer to take it at night. So I think your fine :)
