Terconazole while pregnant ?

I'm around 6weeks pregnant and just wondering if anyone has used this in the first trimester for a yeast infection ?? Because the phamlet says not to use in the first trimester .

i know this is old , but did everything turn out okay with taking it in the first trimester ?

I took it for three days but I was 11+4 weeks.. Didn't know the risks until after but everything seemed fine. I freaked out about the side effects though.. And it made my vagina feel really weird for a few days but nothing near where the baby is. I asked my dr and pharmacist if it was safe and they all said yes

I haven't but it is catorgory C. I wouldn't take it and ask for a different medication because there are other meds to treat a yeast infection but that's all up to you.
