miscarriage and rainbow

I had a miscarriage 2 weeks ago.. very depressed about it .. I'm 17. but I was so excited for that baby. I've been with my boyfriend over two years and honestly I wanna try for another but people are gonna judge me because I'm young and I understand that ... any advice? 😔
