Went to have another ultrasound today because baby has been on the small side. They told me my amniotic fluid was low, they gave me a steroid shot for the baby's lungs brain and gut to develop incase she has to come early. They told me to come home, rest and drink AS MUCH water as I can. I've pretty much drank 2 liters since the appointment at 3:45. Just want to know if anyone has tips for  keeping fluid levels good. Also just a side comment, is a 3.8 lb baby that small for 32 weeks and me and her father are small and we were small babies. Thanks for answering and calming me hopefully.
