Does anyone else get sharp pains

Question

I noticed if I don't drink water continuous throughout the day I get  pin prick pain in my abdomen. Do or did you get these ?

Answer

It's just your body's way of letting you know I don't think I got  pains but I start feeling off and I know it's because I haven't drunk enough water I was in my first trimester it was crazy because weeks 10 through 12 if I didn't constantly keep some type of food in my mouth I would get so sick so  it's definitely your body telling you what it needs. Now if those pains get intense or don't go away then you call a doctor of course
