Getting really concerned... Had a miscarriage 2 years ago and fallen pregnant again. I am 7w2d and for the last week I've had boobs too sore to touch, gone off all food, gagging etc. But the past few days I've felt as if im not even pregnant... No symptoms apart from extreme hunger! I had an early scan at 5w6d which showed a healthy heartbeat... Should I be worried and book another early scan? Or just wait another 5 weeks until the 12w scan? No bleeding or cramping (touch wood) just loss of symptoms!  Help!
