I'm pregnant with my second and my doctor has given me a choice for delivery. My first baby was bigger than expected but not huge (8.4lbs) and I had a difficult delivery. I pushed for 2 hours, doc had to use the vacuum to finally pull him out, doc had to cut me, and I still had a 4th degree tear. I'm worried about there being some long term damages if I had a bad delivery and tear again but I know recover from a csection is also difficult! Any advice??
