I'm so confused on this month to week ratio. I'm 13 weeks today. That puts me into my second trimester (right?). So that means I'm starting my 4th month?

It's confusing, but keep in mind that months are not an even 4 weeks. Usually they are are around 4.5 weeks, so the month and week comparisons may seem off. There are a lot of great charts you can find online that show what month you are in at various points of your pregnancy.
