Help.....So constipated😫
So I had my baby a week ago but now I'm super constipated. I went like two days after I gave birth with no issues but now I feel like I'm giving birth again! Lol What can I take to soften my stool that's safe for breastfeeding? Please help! Any suggest would be greatly appreciated!
