I am currently 39 weeks pregnant. Tonight I have been getting up and going to the bathroom I have had severe diarrhoea and nausea I get hot flushes before I get up to go. I am now experiencing chest/heart pain and it runs through the top of my back around my spine. It's getting tight and I'm not sure what to do sometimes my heartbeat gets rapid. I've been having these for a fair few hours now. Somebody help ?
