Shins/Calves

Anyone else have pain in their calves and shins? My shins are killing me and my calves are so sore. What to do 😕😕 I'm trying to stretch and massage them and if that doesn't work maybe an ice pack. Not swollen though! 30 weeks pregnant on Sunday*
