Who pays the bills???

I don't mean $.... I mean who is in charge of making sure payments are made on time (via phone, mail, in store).

They wouldn't get paid if I didn't do it. My SO is very forgetful 😅

My boyfriend is about 14 years older than I am, he pays and manages all bills/rent/living costs. He did my taxes for me too I think. I'm just too disorganised

I used to but he wanted to try so I let him take over and he does so good. He made a little binder dedicated to bills and he is very good with it and nothing is ever late our bills are always early and ahead.

He's 10 years older and I moved into his house, so everything was already on autodraft in his name.

I make sure everything gets paid except for his car and our cell phones. He has those set up.

I pay most of them but he has his that he is in charge of so he pays like 3 bills and I do all the rest

Everything is in my name since this was my house. He pays half of it all at the beginning of the month.

We split up the bills that are easiest for each of us to take care of (his name is on most of our stuff so some places don't let me pay without him)... So I take care of some and he takes care of the others and we just remind each other when bills are coming up so we make sure we don't miss any ☺️
