Do you feel pregnant

I am 7 weeks + 4 days pregnant, I thought I would of had symptoms by now but all I have is tiredness and feeling sick all the time! But it's weird I don't feel pregnant just ill all the time! Anyone else feel like this? I'm praying my baby is ok, have midwife on Tuesday!

Those sound like pregnancy symptoms to me! Some come and go, like breast tenderness and the sickness/tiredness.

We are one day apart. I am constantly bloated and hungry. Of course I'm still nursing my first born, so that may be the cause of my extra extra hunger
