Should I talk to my doctor about my work hours?

I just started working from 4am to 6:30pm. I work these hours Monday-Friday. On weeksend I work about 5 hours, Saturday and Sunday.
But I'm not on my feet all day...And I am 18 weeks and 4 days.

If it's not causing any pain or issues then I wouldn't worry about it. Just make sure you keep your profile on you so your command doesn't try to get you to do anything you shouldn't be doing. You can try to get a soft-shoe profile since you're working longer hours and almost halfway!
