Herbal teas are best,  if you are avoiding caffeine;  if you're used to drinking a certain tea, it shouldn't be a problem to continue.  Everything in moderation

Enjoy any teas that you would normally like, including caffeinated if it's part of the usual routine. Probably avoid teas designed for weight loss though.
