Dye run or bfp?
So I'm not entirely sure what a dye run is. I've heard that they can give false positives, and I've also heard that the only way to get a true positive is to have hcg in your urine. So I'm confused now. I took this test today because I'm starting to spot, but am holding on to hope that it isn't AF. I had a chemical pregnancy last month, so I'm really desperate this month :( I took it honestly expecting a bfn, and was doing it just to kind of finalize it for the month. I apparently didn't need to go as much as I thought, and only got maybe 3 seconds in my stream. I expected the test line to not show up as has happened to me before when I didn't have enough urine. However, after about a minute liquid moved up the test. I could actually see the dye move as well, which I never have seen before. This is why I'm nervous it's a dye run. However, as you can see in the photo, the dye is definitely in the indent line, not just dye marking the test. It's my last test and I don't want to go buy another if I'm just grasping at straws. I'm really just asking if I should bother testing again.
