I found out i was having ectopic pregnancy on the 17th of last month and got my first shot of methotrexate the next day on the 18th. My hcg levels didn't fall how they were suppose to so i got a second shot of methotrexate on the 29th of March. My hcg levels then started dropping significantly. Last Tuesday April 19th my hcg levels were down to 190, which is a relief seeing the highest they were at was at 7700. Its been a horrible experience and i have been dealing with pain and cramps since we found out. Today i feel so sore in my lower stomach but not the kind of pain that's excruciating, just really sore. I guess my question is has anyone else had this happen? Like when does the physical pain go away?
