my 5 year old does NOT listen to me at all. Yesterday she was with my husband (not her bio dad) and he said she was an angel , he didn't have to raise his voice or anything, just that she was really good. And then today she is so bad. My mom tells me she doesn't listen to me because of how I react with her. But when I tell my daughter no to something my mom questions me about it. I work with my mom, and lived with her since July 2014. I just don't know what to do. I have no authority over my daughter it feels like. I'm about to explode & I am overly stressed out too. Timeout does NOT work , spanking does NOT work (I don't do it a lot because my mom says my daughter will say I'm hitting her and then people will call CPS on me and also because my parents don't want me to spank her because it doesn't help kids). I just don't know what to do. Are there classes I can go to or something that will work? I'm trying to stay strong and whatnot but I'm on the edge:/
