Still no AF

So my AF was due yesterday and still has not come! I am 12dpo. Yesterday I was very crampy and today I have just a little brown spotting. Anyone have this same thing? I have been taking tests and they are all BFN. Not sure what to think. Trying not to get my hopes up but idk?? 😁🙄😩
