This makes me feel uncomfortable

My husband is away at an army school and his co worker has been renting a room from us. He usually works late so I never see him but it still makes me very uncomfortable.

And I think this is weird. I know he's just trying to be nice but he comes off as creepy. Even in person. He calls me sweetie and it just makes me feel so awkward. I miss my husband 😩

I ignored his last text about him wanting to make me dinner. Well I walk in the door after a long day at work and he's sitting there on the couch in silence. Then asked me out to dinner. NO DUDE NO. He WAITED until I got home from work.
