It's interesting nonetheless and makes me (and I'm sure those who have been trying just as long or longer) feel not so alone.  You can find the free kindle book on amazon. I'm not sure if it's a temporary deal or what but just wanted to put it out there in case anyone else is interested. It might be an abbreviated version but I don't feel like it's missing any parts.
