Weight loss

Sooo technically I lost all the baby weight, but I was about 60 lbs heavier than I like to be when I got pregnant. I track on my fitness pal for losing one pound a week, and I give myself 500 extra calories for breastfeeding. I've steadily continued to lose weight. I seriously can't figure out how I could possibly fit exercise into my day, has anyone figured it out yet? I'm so tired of feeling fat.
