Feeling like I got....

Feeling like I got punched in the stomach and then I threw up outside running an errand for my work. When will this "all day" sickness go away?! I am 12 weeks and 5 days. Usually o just feel nauseous but today it's like someone punched me. Anyone else experiencing this?
