😭😭Headaches!! 7weeks pregnant

My headaches won't stop! Jeez!! No morning sickness, nothing else aside this constant headache I feel when I tilt my head down and try to bring it back up or when I make a sudden sharp move with my head... When am walking normal I don't feel it, but once my head goes down, it hurts to raise it back up. What medicine can I take? My first appointment with my doc isn't until the 9th of May! Please help, can't take it anymore 😭
