Should I be able to feel my baby through my vaginal wall?

Seriously.. He's been on my cervix for a few days and it feels like he's kicking me in the vagina! I felt up towards the top of my vagina and can feel him moving around through my vaginal wall. My partner would definitely be able to feel it during sex. Never heard of this and didn't find anything on google. I'm 29 weeks.

This is happening to me now. In my second trimester he was sitting low but started moving up as of today at 29+4 I feel him kicking very low and it's uncomfortable and freaking me out.
