Terrified of sleeping

I don't know if any of you have seen my previous posts about struggling with nightmares but they're getting worse and worse. So much to the point now that I'm actually afraid to go to sleep and can't even sleep with the lights off. I'm exhausted from it but nothing seems to help. Throughout the day, I can't get my mind off of them either. It's just like they're on constant replay. I never had an issue like this before pregnancy and I'm hoping that with that being said, it'll go away once the baby is born. But have any of you dealt with this and been able to find anything to cope with it? I'm desperate for some sort of relief. 😣
