Help? Please.

Ive never kept track of the length between my cycles. I'm trying to find out if my periods are irregular. If I had my period last month on the 25th, would it start again on the 25th of this month? Might sound a bit silly. Idk.

This isn't necessarily true. The a average cycle is 28 days. So just about a month. For some people maybe it is spot on like that, but for me it's not the case. Sometimes my cycles can be up to 35-40 days apart. It just depends on the person.

I am in the same boat! Don't feel bad. We don't count the days til someone dies or when a bill comes lol I had always thought of my period as a bad thing. I am trying to see my body in a more positive light and track it so I can get preggers. Good luck to you!

You count your cycle from your first Day of period to the same Day again.
So If period starts at 1:st and then again on 28:th.  You have a cycle with 27 dags. 
So ignore the date and start counting days!

When I was a teenager, my period started on the 17th every month like clockwork! I started taking birth control to try to help with my severe acne. My period has been irregular and unpredictable ever since and has gotten even more irregular since I had my baby 2 years ago. From what I understand, to be considered "regular", your period should start AROUND the same date each month.

Help? Please.
