Any ideas??

I had positive tests last week, minimal spotting for the past few days & just now some blood. Not bright red. AF is meant to come Friday (but obviously not expected due to BFP) I've been nauseous, headache, tired, sore boobs, the WORKS!!

I have a doctors appointment Monday. Idk what to think.
