Choosing induction date.. Can you?

Doctor said at 40weeks we will talk about induction. Tomorrow I'll be 40weeks and have my appointment with her. Will she let me choose the date I want to be induced or will she automatically choose date and time on her own?? FTM here.

My doctor just walked in today and said I set you up for an induction for Saturday. I looked at her like 🤔😣😯😝😖😲😭😨😧😡😰 lol

My dr let me pick the day. We go in tomorrow night to start the hormone treatment, and then pitocin Thursday morning if the hormones don't work! I'll be 40+3 😊

It's a hormone he puts in the night before in hopes that it coaxes your body to naturally go into labor without having pitocin. He likes to try that first. :)

I will be 40 weeks tomorrow. Today my Dr said next week we will be discussing induction. Pretty sure he wants to induce before the weekend...
