Tarte Amazonian Clay vs Kat Von D Lock It

Please drop your explanations. So I've been looking to invest in a new foundation, but I've really been caught between these two. I'm leaning towards Tarte's but wanted more opinion. I want something with full coverage, a light feeling and a mostly matte finish. I DON'T want it to look cakey, I want it to look and feel light. My skin is combination of dry on my nose and chin but also oily on my nose and forehead, with my cheeks being normal. I get the occasional pimple on my forehead or nose but other than that I'm just looking to cover the redness of my skin. Also feel free to add before/after foundation photos and other recommendations. I'm just trying to stay under $40 😚
