Difference between gas bubbles and baby movement?

Anyone who knows can tell me the different between the two? I feel like I feel small pressure thumps. Idk lol

Gees Iv bn feeling the gas a lot lately. Im 11 weeks 3 days. I hv relief when I can get the gas out. But for the most part I cant seem to get it out. I was feeling super bloated and very uncomfortable bcoz of the gas. But its eased itself now. So maybe it wasnt gas but baby moving
