Someone please help?

I've posted before but I don't think anyone seen my post and I'm really starting to struggle!

Me and my partner have been planning to start our little family since last year but I only had my mirena coil removed in February this year. We've been trying and trying but I realised that I still haven't had a period and the last one was around Christmas time (I think) as mine are very irregular! But I've also been taking ovulation tests at least once a week and it still shows the 2 lines for LH Surge.

I'm very confused and don't know what to do! I have took a few pregnancy tests since having my contraception removed but it's always been a BFN and never ever seen any faint lines or anything although I kept asking my partner to see if there's anything because I kept fantasising about the 2 lines for BFP 😔

I've been speaking to my mum as well but she doesn't really know what to suggest because when she was pregnant with me and then my little brother, they were completely different pregnancies as she was 18 when she had me and 30 when she had my little bro! Apparently with me it was horrible because she couldn't eat or sleep properly, she was sick everyday for the 9 months but with my brother it was slightly better as she managed to eat and rest better than she did when she was carrying me!
