Swollen and sore gums?

Anyone else have swollen or sore gums? What are you doing to ease the pain and reduce the swelling?!

I have had the same problem and had asked my dentist about it.  There's nothing you can do about but continue brushing, flossing and mouth rinse.  It's because of the pregnancy hormones.  
Also, not sure if you know or not.  But while pregnant the risk of gum disease goes up among other things.  You might want to check when your next cleaning is due and if your insurance will cover an extra cleaning while pregnant.  Some do and some don't.

I got some mouthwash with aloe. I know after I clean my mouth it feels better! Brush and flossing after every meal.

It was hard during my first pregnancy bc of pain and gagging but my gums suffered. I had a dental checkup last week and my gums are healthy...so what I'm doing is working...even though it's difficult!

Use a very gentle toothpaste.  The basic kind.  Very soft bristle brush.  Unfortunately it is a normal sign of pregnancy.

Mines are to. I flossed and flossed and realized it was nothing. I agree after brushing and eating use mouthwash it def helps with the pain

Yes me it's awful I can't chew proper or clean my teeth without being in agony might sound funny but I eat ice pop and it eases the swelling of my gum

Yes. I didn't do anything but use mouth wash more. I'm finally easing up at almost 14weeks. Don't know if it's just temporary
