Small car accident?

I had a wee bump during rush hour this morning. I was only going at about ten or fifteen mph when I hit the car in front. Not too worried about impact because it was minimal. The cars weren't even damaged. But I did have a panic attack right after and almost fainted. I'm a bit accident prone this pregnancy! Had a bleed two weeks ago too. I hope the panic attack didn't hurt the baby.
