My OBGYN said that your first month off of the pill could be your most fertile! She said that's when she conceived all three of her children.

I got all kinds of symptoms during my first month off the pill I was sure I was pregnant but bfn.  But I have heard of it happening.  Good luck!!

There's a chance! I'm 11dpo and its my first cycle off the pill. Lots of symptoms so fingers crossed this is my bfp but I hear side effects from stopping the pill are similar to early pregnancy. Baby dust to you!
