Advice Ladies

OK I apologize in advance if this is too long. OK my baby is 8 weeks old and I'm EBF. This is my third LO

I just found out I have a kidney stone and I have to have it removed its too big and doc says I can't pass it so. Moving on, I can't eat past midnight tonight and I can't drink water 6-8 hours before surgery worried that could effect my supply

My other question is I'm afraid I will loose my milk supply cause I won't be able to feed my baby from 11ish or so till after 1ish and even then I might have to pump and dump. Worried about anesthesia drying me up.

Wanna know your thoughts ladies. Do you think my supply will be effected? Any tips you can give. Even words of encouragement would be helpful. I just want to be able to continue breast feeding my baby so worried.

Update!!! Surgey went well and so far I think my supply is still going good. Baby is happy, having plenty of diapers and I'm producing. I plan to increse the supply to make sure with mothers milk tea, fenugreek, my lactation cookies and extra pumping.
