When is the best time to get conceive to get pregnant?

Use OPK's... Target, Walmart, Amazon, any pharmacy, and sometimes grocery stores will sell them. They can go from really cheap to expensive. Digital ones take all of the guess work out though, no trying to interpret lines. It's what I use

During your fertile week. Use OPK's. I've never used them but heard they can help you get pregnant faster.
