How long did it take to go back to normal if it did at all?

I know you'll see a lot of women looking REALLY really good son after having their baby, which is awesome and inspiring. I just want to add that it doesn't happen like that for everyone- there are many many women who aren't posting pictures whose bodies haven't recovered as quickly (in appearance, at least). It can take time. I haven't started exercising yet, and it's only now at 3 months pp that my belly doesn't look like I had a baby recently. It's not toned, but the bump in ally went down. Maybe because I'm not in my 20s anymore!

I'm 5.5 weeks pp and have a ways to go but I put on 50 lbs during pregnancy. I still have twenty left to lose. It's amazing how much more energy I have now that I'm not pregnant.

40 weeks on the top and 2 weeks PP on the right! Already back down to my pre pregnancy weight but will need to do some toning once I am cleared to exercise! Haha my tummy is a little jiggly!! Hehe 😂

5 months pp have 20lbs left to lose but I will never lose my stretch marks! I remember hating them after I had my first and swearing I would never show my stomach to anyone ever again but here I am putting it all all out there for you all to see. Pregnancy affects very woman so different, believe me I smothered my stomach in cocoa butterand still   ended up with horrible stretch marks, I swore I would have a flat stomach but having 2 c sections out of my 3 deliveries I know have a "fat shelf"!! My point is dont try to fit into unrealistic pp expectations bc you will end up hating your self- believe me bc I did for years!! All you can do is work hard to achieve the best you that you can possibly be- toned, jiggly, lose, marked or unmarked love yourself and remember we carried life inside of us!!

Yesterday was exactly 2weeks PP and I went to the doctor. I was 160 when I delivered a yesterday I weighed 144 lbs. My before pregnancy weight was 130. So I still have a ways to go.about 15 lbs. I hope I lose all the baby weight in the first 6weeks ..otherwise I'm going to be dieting, exercising, And doing plastic wraps.

Mine is much smaller but my about muscles all separated again so I've got that pooch that isn't gong to go away without some serious gym time and special ab exercises. I'm hoping I heal up soon, I'm itching to start working g out again but Ive got stitches from one end to the other so I have to chill till they heal more.

I gained 38 lbs. I went from 185 to 223. Exactly a week after I weighed 200. Five weeks after that I haven't weighed myself, but judging by my clothes and tape measurer, I'm back to 185 but my body looks different. My hips are wider, which I'm happy about because I've always wanted a little more curves. I had gained 15 lbs right before getting pregnant so I'm still working towards losing at least another 30.
