Placenta

I had a tear in my placenta and spotted almost my whole pregnancy, my doctor said the placenta healed it's self but never showed me that it did, I started spotting again last week but only once and now I'm having sever back pain and tender stomach, my doctor is just telling me to take Tylenol, I've been trying to switch doctors but until I do i called them for advice and just Tylenol doesn't seem like the only thing I should do
