Urgent need help

Baby isnt moving much today. I'll be 28 weeks exactly tomorrow. She has been very active and now im concerned. Ive drank 3 glasses of water and then some apple juice. Layed on my left side and still nothing.

Thanks everyone, I went to the hospital and they said everything is fine. baby is just moving very lightly. I had one contraction while being monitor but my cervix is high, closed and thick. (Worse feeling when she checked me, the lady just shooved her hand up there).
