8 weeks pregnant - very ill!!

Hi everyone, I am 8 weeks today and have suffered from sickness and pain pretty much since I have known. However, this last week everything has become much worse and the stomach cramps are awful along with diarrhoea mainly morning and night but generally feel rubbish all day and have no energy to do anything. I am still sick as normal. I have no bleeding at all. The cramping is different almost hourly, I can have shooting pains, stitch like pain, period pains, throbbing, like I need the toilet pains. It's all very confusing and hard to know if something is wrong or not as this is my first pregnancy. Has anyone been in a similar position and everything turns out ok? Thank you. Xx
