Brown bleeding 5weeks

Get so I've been having on and off brown discharge when wiping for maybe 4 days, but nothing at all yesterday last night (tmi) I had an orgasm no penetration and there was quite alot of this brown stuff when I wiped about an hour after now only tiny bits again. Had anyone had this and carried on with a normal pregnancy? Midwife has booked me in for a scan on Wednesday as I will be 6 weeks
