When is the best time of day to do progesterone in oil injections? Any tips?

Answer

I've been doing them for 6 weeks now & it gets very sore. Make sure you alternate sides and injection sites. I ice for a good 10-15 min before and that really helps. And also my hubby massages the area after with a heated rice pack. Good luck!
