School secretaries..

I don't know I just noticed this. Every school secretary I've come across are so snooty lol. I go in for observation hours every mon,wed,fri, at an elementary school. When I go into the office none of them even look back at me when I smile at them.. they never even say hello or anything. The least you can do is smile back or acknowledge someone when they smile at you I think that's courtesy for everyone lol. I know this is random but do you guys notice that?
