Ovarian cyst last?

How long does a simple ovarian cyst last when it's 2.8 cm? I know it varies from different women but I need to know for work and people been saying it lasts a few weeks. I've already been having a week long of pain from the cyst already.

Mine lasted 3-4 days. The doctor accidentally caused it to burst when I went in for the pain. The whole "does it hurt when I press here?" routine. So mine was actually leaking when they did the ultrasound on me. That could be why it didn't last as long as the other women's here.

I've been getting cysts 1-3 cycles every year since I started my period. Not polycystic, just plain old cysts, they can get bigger or they can go away and it's a little luck/ a lot of methods. I do lunaception, drink spearmint tea the second and 3rd week of my cycle, and various yoga poses because I'm an instructor. Overall I am now regular and the cysts are rare. If I already have one I drink ACV with water to help get rid of it.

Mine lasted for about a month before it burst. Each woman is different, and some have had to have their cysts surgically removed.

In my experience, they grow bigger but this may not be the case for everyone.
