Has anyone been on the mini-pill for at least 6mo and recommend their brand? I was put on Nor-QD 4 months ago because I have a factor 5 liden blood mutation (meaning more susceptible to blood clots, so I shouldn't be on pills with added estrogen). I had a period the first month, then nothing for 2ish months, then started a heavy flow last Saturday that has shown no signs of stopping yet (only 4 days days in tho). I am new to this birth control and wasn't sure why my doc chose Nor-QD over others, so if anyone has had a positive or negative experience on a mini-pill brand, please share, thank you!! I am also concerned because I was on combo (estrogen) BC for 14 years till now, due to irregular periods. So I'm worried I'm going to fall back in to an irregular cycle. We shall see...
