OPKs working when you have PCOS?

Hello ladies I have read mixed view on whether OPKs work for ladies with PCOS is this true? I tried OPKs for months and they didn't give any consistent readings?!?

I took morning and evening opk's for months and never got a positive. And then found out I was pregnant- so yeah, i don't even bother with them anymore.

I'm currently trying to figure that out myself. I have the Clearblue Advanced Digital Ovulation Tests (I cannot read regular line tests for the life of me). I'm currently on CD 13 and have been getting high fertility results since CD 10, which I feel like is way wrong. I don't have cm or anything. It's very frustrating and confusing.

Doctor suggested to me that checking cm was more effective and less expensive

First month of using for me and I had negatives all along even tho I had other signs that I had ovulated nothing showed on the OPKS XXX
