TTC naturally with PCOS.

Can anyone tell me how they concieved naturally while having PCOS? My husband and I have been TTC for 11 months now and I was just told yesterday that I have PCOS. They won't start me on clomid until next month and I would like to see if this month will work naturally. Any suggestions?
