Hi everyone I am currently 10 weeks pregnant and I have very bad spring allergies. Is there anything I can do for the congestion and headaches? Iv tried saline spray and it does nothing for me.. Also bought a cool mist humidifier and still no relief.. I really am not breathing properly therefor not sleeping either and it's making me miserable. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
